The American Hospital Association (AHA) is a national organization that represents and serves all types of hospitals, health care networks, and their patients and communities. We are currently seeking an Education Director for AONE located in our Chicago office.
Since 1967, the American Organization of Nurse Executives (AONE) has provided leadership, professional development, advocacy and research to advance nursing practice and patient care, promote nursing leadership excellence and shape public policy for health care nationwide. AONE is a subsidiary of the American Hospital Association.
The Education Director is responsible for the development, execution and evaluation of designated AONE programs and services with the goal of developing innovative and expert leaders. Ensures that established educational and financial goals and the needs of the membership and broader field are met. Holds primary responsibility and accountability for assigned program performance, including attendee experience profitability targets and outcomes metrics. Identifies and coordinates program faculty. Facilitates and coordinates webinars and other online and face-to-face education programs. In addition, this position supports annual meeting education programming.
