NRF is seeking a Coordinator, Marketing to assist with the development and execution of annual marketing plans and tactical implementation of digital marketing initiatives.

Supports the development and execution of annual marketing plans, initiatives, digital and conversion strategies
Assists in the planning, creation and execution of e-mail marketing campaigns including creative development, copywriting targeting and list management, deployment and measurement.
Assists with tag management and provides guidance on CRM improvements for greater tracking and insight into marketing performance
Provides detailed monthly and quarterly reports that combine data from Google Analytics, advertising platforms, CRMs, e-mail marketing tools and SEO monitoring tools
Audits and proofs websites for content; edits and/or recommends content or functionality changes
Monitors project plans and timelines and reports updates as needed
Monitors and reconciles marketing budgets monthly
Serves as a contact for external consultants and agencies
Develops event media flowcharts and dashboard for performance tracking of all events
Manages annual email calendar and works cross functionally to ensure all departments programs are represented
Performs other duties as assigned
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or digital publishing
Minimum two years’ experience in digital marketing required
Working knowledge of current e-commerce and Internet business issues, omni-channel retailing and digital marketing
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with website content management systems required, preferably Drupal
Experience with email distribution tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced, accelerated timeframe, multidiscipline environment, independently as well as within a team
Ability to manage multiple time sensitive priorities and quickly adapt to change in priorities
Excellent oral/written communications skills
Strong problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills
