The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) is seeking a Membership Analyst to maintain membership payments and reconcile receivables and unapplied dues balances. Responsibilities include assisting in the monthly balancing of membership records, verifying the accuracy of membership data and entering data in the AMS system. The Analyst will also assist with collection efforts by contacting members with outstanding balances and will respond to numerous inquiries from internal stakeholders and members.
Qualified candidates will be able to manage completing deadlines and demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and oral. Three to four years of experience in billing and accounts receivable is required. Membership accounting experience is a plus. A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or a related field is strongly preferred. Candidates should also be proficient in MS Office applications and association management systems.
