The Manager, Membership Data is responsible for ensuring that the Personify database directly supports WEF’s membership department and local member associations. The Manager, Membership Data is responsible for configuring reports and assisting in various aspects of database maintenance (in consultation and collaboration with WEF I.T. Department) and performing quality assurance checks, as necessary, on all membership reports and member data. The Manager, Membership Data will also provide WEF’s local member associations with required queries and monthly reports and assist with troubleshooting, as necessary.
Assist in maintaining the integrity of the Personify database with regard to data entry, membership queries and reports that ensure the membership strategies and goals of WEF are supported.
Work with Senior Director, Membership & Customer Relations and designated I.T. staff on development and maintenance of a membership queries and reports in Personify.
Maintain database integrity through regular audits of membership data entered by external customer service vendor, which includes conducting weekly quality assurance on the database. Includes, but is not limited to, reviewing new membership records created, address updates, contact entry, etc.
Create and run queries, exports, and reports as requested to support strategic membership efforts
Identify and set up standard reports for staff to run independently to monitor progress of local member associations and membership projections.
In collaboration with AMS Manager, oversee data flow/data syncs for external direct marketing campaigns, including management of data imports, exports, and coding for member acquisition campaigns.
Assist with daily and monthly report generation, including monthly reports and reconciliation for local member associations.
Assist with membership data pulls for board reports and committee updates.
Work with the Senior Director, Membership & Customer Relations and Senior Manager, Membership to actively track, code, and enter information into the database in accordance with any new membership initiatives implemented by WEF.
Proactively make recommendations and suggestions to Senior Director, Membership & Customer Relations on member data process improvements and additional reporting recommendations.
Periodically assist with data entry when volume dictates at peak times.
To qualify you’ll need a bachelor’s degree with 5 years’ experience in a membership association or similar environment to include managing chapters' or affiliates' data; experience with Aptify, Personify, iMIS or NetForum Enterprise AMS is required; solid computer skills; excellent communication and customer service skills; experience reconciling member dues payments; and proven analytical and research skills.
