Description

We are seeking a dedicated, energetic, and detail-oriented person to fulfill this Accounting/Financial Business Manager position. This person is responsible for managing and maintaining all financial records for ITEEA. This position also includes ensuring that the payroll is processed in a timely manner, contractors and vendors paid, deposits are made in a timely fashion, audit preparation/processing, annual conference finance management, financial system filing, individual department finance management, and regular communication with Executive Director/CEO.

More detailed responsibilities and duties include:

Accounting:

• Perform month end close
• Run payroll via Primepay, bi-weekly
• Weekly cash flow projections
• Manage accounts receivable/accounts payable
• Work on accounts receivable collections
• Revenue Recognition

• Produce monthly financial statements for departments
• Prepare and work with the external auditors for annual audit, 990 and 5500 reports
• Prepare and support annual budgets
• Reconcile cash accounts
• Assist with HR duties as needed
• Prepare and run Microsoft Dynamics CRM and accounting reports

• Assist with moving, managing, and lifting boxes for shipping materials that weigh up to 40 lbs
• Respond to email and other forms of communication inquiries promptly and professionally

Other General items:

• Maintain all accounting files
• File and maintain appropriate records
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Attend and assist in presenting information for board meetings, as assigned, including travel to the annual ITEEA Conference.
