Coordinates the implementation of new online and blended learning educational resources and enters content into a Learning Management System (LMS). Helps coordinate the full cycle of product implementation including development, execution, and the evaluation process.
Coordinates the development and publication of new continuing education activities that are interactive and engaging.
Assists with content development and execution by working with other departments and outside vendors.
Uses pre-designed production templates for current types of online/blended learning courses and assists with the creation of production templates for new types of online/blended learning courses. Enters and updates educational content, including images/multi-media, formatting and text.
Follows established procedures to publish new online content to the RSNA Learning Management System.
Makes suggestions for improving educational course templates based on adult learning theory and online education best practices. Investigates and recommends to the Instructional Design Manager new ways to leverage the LMS.
Conducts quality control tests on produced online educational programs, including spelling, grammar, on-screen aesthetics, functionality, and accuracy of entered content.
Collects, organizes and tracks production deliverables including permission agreements, faculty disclosure information, activity-specific ACCME documentation, project progress, quality control steps and release procedures.
Develops and manages detailed project plans and status reports to ensure educational programs are completed on time, delivered with high professional standards, and within budgeted/allocated resources.
Supports the Education Center Production Team with trouble-shooting online education functionality in response to end user inquiries, software and/or browser version updates.
Creates content templates, process instructions and quality control documentation when necessary.
Assists with procuring copyright permissions for educational content.
Assist the Instructional Design Manager with any marketing needs for courses.
Serves, in a back-up capacity, to answer customer service inquiries (phone calls and emails) for Education Center offerings.
Bachelor's degree required
Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
Experience with online education, learning management systems and authoring tools (preferable Articulate Storyline) a plus
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Dropbox, HTML5 and responsive design a plus
Familiarity with ACCME requirements a plus
Able to multitask and meet deadlines
Experience and knowledge of how to use mobile devices, tablets, various browsers
