The CRM Administrator provides end-user support and troubleshooting for personnel. Participate on development and improvement on current Microsoft Dynamics CRM, O365, and other business platforms. This position works with the AVP, IT on the implementation of innovative technologies. He or she plays a key role in managing/administering activities around Dynamics CRM, coordinating support tickets, upgrade initiatives, developing/maintaining workflows, plugins within Dynamic CRM and assisting the CRM users with new reporting requirements or updating the existing reports.
Duties and Responsibilities
Be the point person for business platforms, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, O365.
Develop the workflows, plugins using Microsoft Dynamics platform. Should have the experience of working with the SDK of Microsoft Dynamics.
Develop end user documentation, including application training manuals, job aids and workflows.
Responds in a timely fashion to end users’ needs, analyze/resolve support tickets relating to business applications and general systems issues.
Diagnoses and resolves technical problems, prevents problem escalation and provides solution tracking.
Should be well versed in managing the issues via incident reporting system.
Trains, instructs and educates groups and individuals in a team environment.
Handles multiple project responsibilities simultaneously to prioritize work and resolve technical emergencies as they may occur.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical job experience
3+ years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (365 online, 2016, 2015, 2013)
3+ years managing CRM technology projects, understanding business requirements, designing and configuring forms, developing workflows & plugins, importing data into CRM from external sources, reports and dashboards and troubleshooting application bugs
Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification desired
Understanding of ERP systems
Ability to capture business requirements and create system design documentation
Ability to do Dynamics CRM system configurations, create/update workflows, plugins in Dynamics CRM for new or current requirements
Ability to administer SQL database, maintain user CRM profiles and maintain the CRM enhancements (workflows, solutions etc.)
Ability to build reports and dashboards using Dynamics CRM tools and SSRS
Ability to do data uploads to Dynamics CRM using SSIS or other related tools
Ability to conduct end user training
Technical and functional knowledge with working with ‘Portal’ module of Dynamics CRM
Exposure to Office 365, SharePoint and other Apps
