The American College of Physicians (ACP), a prestigious medical membership association for doctors of internal medicine located in Philadelphia, is seeking a Senior IT Systems Business Analyst to provide business systems analysis and project management support for ACP’s association management software (AMS/CRM) and other computer-based systems.
Reporting within the Technology division, this individual will work with staff across the organization to identify and implement AMS software solutions to meet business needs. Primary responsibilities will include:
Serving as a liaison between IT and business to leverage and support various CRM/AMS functionality
Analyzing system/business opportunities and developing solutions
Participating in and leading teams to identify and implement IT supported business solutions
Coordinating user acceptance testing software updates and modifications
Providing user training and support for computer-based applications
A Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Business Management, or related field is required, or equivalent work experience. Extensive experience and technical knowledge of SQL Server, Personify or other AMS/CRM programs, and Business Objects or other report writing tools is required. Candidates must also have at least five years of project management experience, as well as strong communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
