The Education Delivery Specialist partners with our Education Delivery team to assist our instructors, chapter members and students in providing a stress free, efficient education experience. The Specialist responds to inquiries and resolves issues, provides relevant and timely information and maintains accurate records to support our education programs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO as an Education Delivery Specialist:
Responds quickly and efficiently to verbal and written inquiries from instructors and members/students.
Utilizing the administration side of our online education system (netFORUM), assists chapters, instructors and members/students on their respective education portals.
Approves and enrolls members/students, grades and enters data, files (electronic and paper), arranges exam logistics, assists with material dissemination and submits rosters.
Understands, monitors and adheres to state certification and licensing requirements as well as Appraisal Qualifications Board (AQB) rules.
Understands the Appraisal Institute’s policies and procedures in the areas of education delivery including instructors, state certification and national/special programs.
WHO YOU ARE:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) plus 1-2 years’ experience in an education, customer support or administrative role (association experience preferred)
Proven customer service skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills
Deadline driven and task oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to effectively interact with staff, members/affiliates and clients
Strong data entry/spreadsheet skills. Prior association management system experience preferred (netFORUM or other AMS system)
