The Association for Talent Development Education Team executes the delivery of 500+ open enrollment courses annually. We work to provide exceptional, impactful, industry-leading learning experiences for our attendees. In addition, our team serves as the liaison to 120+ course instructors around the globe, training room facilities, and countless partners who share in our success.
We are seeking a Program Coordinator to manage the end-to-end process of planning open enrollment learning events. From managing communications to preparing and shipping materials to completing post-program close-out tasks you will be exposed to a variety of tasks and have the opportunity to collaborate across the entire Education team.
We commit to providing you with broad exposure to the growing training and education world. You will be responsible for supporting our instructors and coordinating the day-to-day operations and logistics of courses.

In this role, you will be involved in a wide variety of training coordination activities – including but not limited to the following:
Maintaining timely and accurate communications with facilities, instructors, meeting planners, and other points of contact.
Ordering, preparing, and shipping program materials to various class locations, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to version control processes.
Performing post-program duties, such as processing invoices and restocking returned materials by established deadlines.
Coordinating on-site logistics for pre-conference education programs. Maintain project plans and quickly adapt task deadlines when changes arise.
Managing high-volume printing and assembling of all preconference course materials for ATD’s International Conference & EXPO and ATD’s TechKnowledge Conference.
Providing onsite meeting support for program deliveries at ATD headquarters.
Maintaining precise and up-to-date records of all processes.
What you bring to this role…
Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
Proven written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
At least 3 years of coordination and office experience
At least 1 year of experience in association education, meeting, or training coordination.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
Demonstrated strong business acumen
