The Professional Services Council (PSC) is looking for a full-time associate supporting administrative and tactical functions of the Membership Department. The main components of the role include: customer service, database administration, business development support and general administrative duties including billing, website updates, data entry and record management.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to): research, coordinating prospect and member meetings, updating database records, generating data reports, supporting billing, generating letters and other member communications, engaging with multiple departments in the execution of customer service and interfaces with the Marketing, Events, Operations and Policy Departments on various tasks.

Experience in customer service, event support, billing, or other business operations functions is preferred.
Experience working for a non-profit trade association is a plus.
Experience with iMIS preferred, or similar association database or customer management systems.

Strong interpersonal skills.
Knowledge or aptitude in billing operations.
Highly organized, able to meet deadlines, manage multiple and shifting priorities simultaneously.
