Coordinator, Field Services & Industry Development

SUMMARY:

NECA is the voice of the $170 billion electrical construction industry that brings power, light, and communication technology to buildings and communities across the U.S. NECA contractors help customers achieve their goals for energy conservation, efficiency and renewable power. NECA’s national office and 119 local chapters advance the industry through advocacy, education, research and standards development. 

The Coordinator, Field Services and Industry Development (CFS) provides high end administrative support in support of NECA’s vision of “empowering lives and communities”.  This role works with our field service representatives and development program, maintains membership rosters, email lists (makes additions and terminations as necessary) and schedules staff for meetings. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Makes travel arrangements including airfare, lodging, meals, and ground transportation; prepares and files expense reports accordingly.
• Manages busy, often-changing calendars for two frequently traveling Vice-Presidents and coordinates schedules with field staff for various meetings.
• Schedules presentations for new associates and field staff.
• Responds to requests for information from chapters, member contractors and other NECA departments.
• Assists with preparing shipments for meetings and training sessions.
• Supports all work in Field Services and Industry Development.
