The Marketing and Membership Communications Manager primarily manages and develops content and strategy and executes ICF marketing and membership communications initiatives. This position also provides creates marketing/promotional copy and copy editing for other ICF communication platforms.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and develop content and strategy for ICF marketing and membership communications initiatives including renewal, regular member and chapter communications, new member and event recruitment
Execute and manage distribution for marketing and membership email campaigns via email automation platforms and other marketing email platforms
Manage translation process for select marketing communications into appropriate languages
Develop and edit omnichannel content strategy and copy for ICF communications platforms including website, email and social media.
Develop integrated marketing communications programs to promote ICF, its products and services.
Ensure global communications and marketing content are consistent and on brand.
Create exceptional content, including writing, editing and project managing content that supports larger marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with designers, and other marketing team members to envision and build new content formats.
Work closely with the stakeholders in the family organizations to develop a content strategy.
Drive real business results: you should be comfortable with synthesizing data to inform content strategy and understand how content is performing.

2+ years’ professional experience developing membership recruitment and retention content and executing campaigns
Experience with email marketing automation platforms (Real Magnet, InfusionSoft, etc.)
