Summary of Position: The American Frozen Food Institute (AFFI) Manager of Education and Member Engagement ensures the needs of AFFI’s members are met by working with the Senior Vice President of Industry Affairs and Member Services and other staff members in developing and implementing programming and services that deliver on AFFI’s strategic plan. The Manager also serves as a critical resource on AFFI’s Association Management System (AMS) and events platform, providing effective data management.
